Finishing
Excalibur Fabrications offer a comprehensive range of finishes for all of our products. Applications are consistently monitored to ensure they meet our own high quality standards, ensuring that they conform to industry standards and are able to offer proven recognised guarantees in their respective fields.
Powder Coating
We have a spectrum of RAL colours, finishes and textures ensuring whatever your requirements we can deliver the highest quality end product.
We provide polyester and epoxy coatings in a full range of colours, gloss levels and textured finishes. All our finishes are of the highest quality, provide excellent cosmetic appearance and are durable, long lasting and highly corrosion resistant.
Galvanising
BS EN ISO 1461:2009 meets the relevent standards.
Wet Paint
Excalibur Fabrications offer a quality wet paint alternative to powder coating. Our one or two-pack spray finishing uses machinery enamel with phosphate and highbuild primers and is suitable for exceptionally large items. The system provides a good quality finish with excellent anti-corrosion properties.
